If you are collecting timber products please only collect at the time booked i.e. 9am collection would be 9am > 9:45am, this helps us have the product ready for your slot and reduces customer congestion.

• Timber collections must be pre-ordered on our website. Book a collection slot on checkout. Typically next working day
• Shop item collections (treatments, fixings) these do not need to be pre-booked you can just turn up and pay in normal working hours.
• Courier deliveries, within 5 working days

• Sample, lead time 7 working days
• Shop products ordered alone, delivery lead time 3 working days
